Did a search but didn't find anything on this particular issue.
I have Techstream 'working' on version 14.30.023, which I'm pretty certain is the latest. It's fully activated. It will communicate with my vehicle, albeit very slowly, which I know is working because it shows the correct mileage and I can see error code history. However, when I access the Customization menu, the only submenu that will load is the proximity sensor menu. All the others show "loading" for between 1 and 3 seconds, but then nothing else happens. I know that it is set up right because I can change the settings for the proximity system - I adjusted the front corner warning to Close instead of Far, and immediately it stopped screaming at me when pulling into my garage every day.
All I want to do is change the lane change tap to 5 blinks instead of 3, but that menu won't load. Does anyone else who has Techstream working encounter this problem and know what to do about it?
