Its brand new RAV4. The passenger seat belt just got stuck today. I am attaching the picture to show clearly. I try to pull but it does not move at all. Does any one have same experience or know how to resolve this?

I found this thread after pulling over on the side of the road because our passenger seatbelt got totally locked up in our 2021 RAV4 Hybrid. We could not get it unlocked, and when we brought it into our dealership they could not get it unlocked. The dealer eventually had to replace the entire seatbelt, taking an extra day to order another part for it.
So TL;DR the passenger seatbelt locking still happens in 2021 RAV4s and we had to take our car into the shop to get it fixed. Hopefully YMMV.
