Here is the chart of color for the Third-Generation US-Spec RAV4. If you see an error please post it here and I will correct the page and graphic ASAP. You can upload a photo of your car by clicking on the LINK, then clicking on the appropriate camera icon next to your color.

If you need me to update the chart please post your model year (or production date), color code and a description or photo of your car. For now this is for US-Spec cars only, I will add other countries in the future.

I'm also looking for scanned physical dealership brochures that can be uploaded to our public archive. Give me a shout if you have one handy.

Looks like Toyota is shaking it up for 2007. According to the USA Fleet information they are dropping Beige Metallic and adding Blizzard Pearl, Flint Mica and Savannah Metallic.

Hear that Beige Metallic owners? Looks like you will have the rarest 3rd-Gen RAV4 so far.

Someone sent me the fleet information for 2007 and that had the 2007 colors on it. I did not have those colors on the chart for 2006 -- not sure why. My bad.

OK, looks like they are replacing Beige Metallic with Blizzard Pearl, then.

Blizzard pearl exists for the '06 as well -- it s a "premium" color (i.e. it costs more).

Oh, its not on the Toyota site... at least with the rest of the color list. And as for the Beige... I don't even think that was offered! So all my 2006 info was screwy.

Update: NOTHING IS CHANGING FOR 2007

If you guys see a mistake please let me know so I can correct it. I am embarrassed that I had the wrong information on there for like a year!

WE should have caught it sooner :roll: Could be that Toyota originally had wrong info on THEIR site... as we occassionally see :lol:

Decent Green

I've bought Toyotas for the last 20 years because they are dependable. I feel safe when I drive them.

I own 2 toyotas a Tundra and a RAV. With todays gas prices the RAV gets driven more often but it's the older of the two so I've thought about buying another. I'm also moving to the mountains and figure I need a four wheel drive and neither of my vehicles are.

I hate to sound superfical but here's the rub. I really don't care for the colors I've seen lately. I adore a dark or medium green. Toyota doesn't seem to want to produce them anymore.

Well I guess I had to vent. Sorry guys..... engines and modifications aren't my things.

Delayed, but for 2008 Nautical Blue Metallic (8S6) was replaced with Black Forest Pearl (6T3), which was previously on the 2004-2007 Lexus RX. Now just waiting on 2009 color information.

Also, I am officially adding a brochure archive to the site, so if anyone has any US dealership brochures laying around please give me a shout. Thanks!

Rick (colchiro) was generous enough to spend some quality time with his scanner and the 2006 and 2007 RAV4 brochures, so we now have available those two print brochures along with the eBrochures in our archive. Thanks Rick!

Also, does anyone have any information on 2009 colors yet? e90 says the dealer said that 2009 will see the addition of Desert Sand Mica and Magnetic Gray Metallic. I have supposed that means that there will be no Flint Mica or Savannah Metallic anymore. Let me know if anyone gets anything concrete.
