Tire Rotation and TPWS initialization

If the tire rotation is performed according to the manual (while the car's power switch is OFF), the tire position information will be updated once the power is switched ON again. If it was not updated, turn the power switch to OFF and then to ON, or initialize the system after checking that the tire pressure is properly adjusted. (Initialization resets the tire pressure thresholds, not just the positions.)
I Updated all four wheels in the off position and received no warning indicators from TPMS that there were any mis-configured wheels. I guess it re-detected them all at their new locations. I have data on all four wheels.

I did my tire rotations for the first time a few days ago. This morning I initialized the TMPS for pressure and Change tires. Took about 15 minutes to come back online after calibration. Not sure if I needed to even do this since users here said it would calibrate over time on it's own.
