Anybody know what the torque is for tightening the oil drain plug?

My 1998 RAV4 is 27 ft/lbs for 2000 and earlier models (Haynes Repair Manual).

For 2001 and later it is 18 ft/lbs. So around 20 to 25 and you should be OK.
