Does anyone know the torque specs on the seat belt bolt?

look it up by bolt dia and thread pitch.
and use 242 loc tite.
so go by wet chart.
45 to 50 lbs is a mid range number.

i like these digital torque adaptors
25 ft lbs to 250 ft lbs
on that one
and has the chirp as well.
easy to use.
and gets you right on the number.

The service manual for 1999 says 32 lbf·ft (43Nm). This is something to try to get right.
