I have a 2014 RAV, and I have to push below the button I want for that button to work. Does this on some screens, like the phone screen. I cannot remove a phone because the button is at the bottom of the screen. I cannot push below the button to make it work. I do not have a problem on other screens. Is this a calibration issue that can be fixed?

My daughter had this same problem with her 2014 Camry. There was no calibration screen that we could find. She took it to the dealership and they replaced the entire radio unit at no cost under her Toyota VSA warranty. They said it would have been over $1000 without warranty.
