Toyota Crown PHEV may be coming to the US!

If it's made for our market I assume it will have features that the NA market associates with luxury, which at certain points is 180 at odds with JDM opulence.

it seems it will eventually come to the US with a plug-in option, we don't know when, and we know nothing about its powertrain. Moreover, we wonder whether a fully electric version will also eventually makes its way to our shores.

It is definitely coming and there are lots of info on the Toyota web site: The 2023 Toyota Crown | Toyota.com

So it's a super Camry with a name from the 70s? Check that, the 50s: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Toyota_Crown

If I was looking for a sedan I'd consider that.
