my when I am in a high gear and the turbo is about to kick in more so when going up hill it goes into limp mode but turn off then on and all fine and after a few days resets engine management light
when in low gear dose not happen
new turbo ???

This is not enough information to even begin to try and help you.
What exact model RAV do you have, and where are you located? A turbo wouldn't be stock as they didn't come that way from the factory, at least not here in North America.
