USB ports not charging phone consistently

I have the same exact problem tried various original and non original cables, long or short and problem still persists and while in service I have asked them about it and the answer I received was "it's just the way it is and Your phone is probably drawing too much power" it's not the blcable, it's not the phone and it's not the port problem so I can't figure out what it is and how to solve it

Clean the contacts on the cable, and clean the port that the cable plugs into on the phone.
I doubted that option from the very get go as all the port have latches on them or are inside arm rest so I don't see how they could get dirty but I have purchased can with compressed air and cleaned all the ports out and cable coneectors too. The result: NOTHING changed. I am using genuine OPPO cable that has no issues with any home charger or any USB port for that matter. In fact I use it for Android Auto with my OPPO and my wife's PIXEL 8 and it works no problemo. I have also tried her original Google cable and Sony short cable and many other generic brand that works fine at home. The problem still persists on all 4 designated for charging ports with all sort of cables and any device we tried.
Any Ideas folks ?
I would appreciate any help

Thanx so much

Thank You. I will definitely look into it and search for that article here. Something similar was told to me be Toyota service but without this much detail and no solution. Thank You so much. I will post an update if I manage to get it solved
