I have a 2019 RAV4 XLE Premium. My Insurance company is asking me to verify / confirm that the Vehicle Recovery System / Anti-Theft subscription is current.

Towards the bottom, there is a "Get to know your Connected Services" panel. Click Next and then Manage on the next panel. This will show you your services that are active. My 2019 has 2 trials still active and then the Remote Services which I paid for after it expired. The Remote Service or Safety Connect might be what they are looking for.
