I think everyone and anyone's best bet for tuning is getting an Apexi SAFC fuel controller and then take the RAV to the dyno... until you actually goto the dyno and get the powercurves, and airfuel ratio's on paper/printed out, you really don't know what those chips or modules are doing....

SAFC you can add or subtract fuel throughout the RPM range....

Just my .02 cents...

Agreed, I was looking into it a little further, and while not a bogus claim, it isn't proven to work. Basically it just rams extra gas into the engine. Not exactly what I am after when I am thinkin my stock mixture may be too fuel rich to begin with (just a guess). I have never actually dynoed a car, nor do I know anyplace to do it locally, nor do I know how expensive that is. I think working on my air flow (intake/exhaust) and ignition would be better money spent. Oh, and my suspension.
