I'm wondering what's causing this. i have weather tech mats but the carpet below is saturated with water. i was reading about the ac drain line. but wouldn't that be more for the other side of the car?

any clues would be great. 2008 rav sport. v6

could it still be a clogged ac drain line ?

well its the original windshield. i peeled back the carpet and had a look. im wondering it its just snow and stuff im tracking into the car. but with weather tech mats i didnt think it would be the case. the weathern techs do have holes for the now slip clips. maybe the water is sloshing around and over whelming the raised clip holes.

its possible i guess. its been a snowly winter up here!

well its still coldish up here. i pulled back the Mat on the passenger side. its dry there.

i also notice the drain tube looks very dry. like dusty. i tried to unclog it with a small wire. that didn't do anything.

ill try some compressed air this afternoon. Maybe the line is frozen if there is water in there. its still minus 3c or so here.

if i run the defrost, how long before water should come out the tube if its not blocked? 10 mins or so?
