Hey guys I have a 2014 RAV4 XLE and this past week I started to notice that the A/C hasn't been blowing as it should be.

Let me put out some details here.

When I turn the car on and drive the a/c doesn't blow as strong as it used to, even on the highest setting.
The a/c doesn't even work at all when I flip the a/c off and on, so I just have to roll the windows down.

My dad says he thinks it has something to do with the blower motor or resistor. We already checked the area behind the glove box to see what was going on (we also realized that the cabin air filter needed to be changed because it was filthy).

So what are your thoughts on this? What could be causing the problem?

EDIT: I forgot to mention that when I turn down the radio that I can hear a loud enough to hear, repeating clicking noise that might be part of the a/c system.

Do you have the automatic climate control? If so, the clicking might be the servo motor trying to open a damper or air diverter. They use plastic gears and actuators, and if one of them breaks it can cause that symptom.
