I'm new to Toyota and there seems to be dearth of parts available online, unlike Honda parts.

Which USA dealerships offer free shipping and have price competitive parts as it seems dealers are free to mark up and discount these things?

Things that I can now do on my own:

  1. Cabin air filter: 87139-YZZ20
  2. Engine-Air Cleaner Filter Element 17801-YZZ12 --> HAD TO CORRECT THIS BASED on eBAY purchases.
  3. Motor/Engine oil: any synthetic 02W-20 will do, correct?
What are the best spark plugs money can buy? On our Accord, stock was NGK Laser Iridium. Wondering if using the same stock spark plugs will do or if there are any that are better in terms of durability and performance.

Forget about spark plugs. They're not called for till 120K miles.
Probably longer-lived for the hybrid but for our 11 Accord I4, the spark plugs seemed kinda worn at 60k miles and it wasn't do for replacement but hey, if I can get 2% fuel economy back, the effort will pay off. :)

@newbeecolo, i bought the sunroof visor from the link you shared but when i tried to install it today, the visor doesnt match the contour of the surface of the roof. The adhesive barely touched the surface. Now im curious how you installed your sunroof visor, assuming its the same visor from the link you shared. TIA.

The roof visor is the 980 mm wide roof visor.
(initially I had bought the 880 mm but asked them to re-send 980 mm due to amazon error saying it would fit my 2016 rav4)
The 980 mm fits the width of the moon roof perfectly on my 2016 rav4 hybrid.
When I received the 980 mm visor it was completely flat and did not curve with the contour of the roof.
I installed it in two steps. I first removed the center 1/3rd portion of the adhesive. This allowed the center to
completely attach and adhere to the middle most area of the roof.
After a few hours of allowing the middle 1/3rd part to dry, I then removed the outer 1/3rd portions of the adhesive
and held down the sides for roughly five minutes on each side.
The double sided tape sticks on the complete width of the moonroof visor and fits snug
without any gaps. (there is a tiny gap where there's a gap in the double sided tape)
This is the perfect size moonroof for the 2016 rav4 hybrid.

Bought so many tools these past two weeks. Hopefully Honda and Toyota are not that far part in terms of specs for bolts, nuts, and what not. :)

Updated the first post because the engine air filter model number was incorrect and that was for the non-hybrid.

I think after the first six services (included because I purchased an extended warranty), I will be skipping the 5k intervals and will just have the dealership do the 10k because.

-I will probably just put tape for the maintenance reminder light.
-Checking for fluid levels should be a cinch correct? Are there any ones that will be hard to eyeball when the hood is fully opened?
-For brake components, how quick is the brake pad wear with regenerative braking kicking in most of the time? Is it really easy to check the pads, calipers and rotors when doing tire swaps? I never had look at the brake components before but to save $50-75 on these service intervals, I might as well do them.
