I saw this on another site and figured to give it a try here at R4W. Pics are nice but not required. Tell us what you have done to your RAV4 today!

I'll start off first... I saw cat foot prints on my hood today. Decided I need to wash it this weekend.

This weekend I will rotate the tires for more durability. My AVID tires still have a lot of meat on them to last about two years more.
Yep, it's that time again. Hurricane season is just around the corner. Today I went to SAM's and bought a Honda WH7000EH Portable Generator. It weight it 210lbs. At first I thought it wouldn't fit. Since I have a custom rear strut tower. Quickly removing it gave me the space necessary to b able to haul it home. Oh, BTW, price, $975.00
I'll rotate the tires for the first time since I installed them.

I installed or gave the last touches to my Thule wind deflector. Yes, you do slightly feel more stability on the freeway. Kind of a little more push on the vehicles mid section. BTW, it was raining

Making a set of Polyurithain engine mounts. One came out cool. The other left much to be expected of. So I'm buying the incerts for the front one and working on the rear engine mount. I'll keep in touch.

Today I was shopping for a new engine. I came up with a 1MZ-FE no more then 10 miles from where I live. ;)

It's like turning Dr Jekyll to Mr Hyde. This might happen, maybe not. Only time and my wallet will tell.

BTW, it fits like a glove. ;)

I installed a set of Spark Plugs. I use the same E3 spark plugs that have worked well when I first installed them. One little observation:

1. They last less then the NGK Iridium
2. When I uninstalled them, they were charcoal black.
3. Very low power in low gear but once pass 3K RPM, they fired well.

Once installed I had to reset the mixture on the Apexi.
I did the rear brakes. To my surprise they were in mint condition. Even the nickel plated parts were still shiny. A quick blast of brake cleaner and just about three click adjustment did the trick. BTW, this was the first time I touched these brakes...since I bought my RAV4 back in the summer of 1996. Keep Ravin
Send for a new HID 9005 kit and started to put together a suspension kit for the chassis.
Well, not exactly today. But this weekend I'm making the parts for the URDIY kit. Will post pictures. and install a new set of HID lights. Also will be documented.
1. I've continued my suspension project. Checked for parts, paint and making arraignments for the week to cut some very hard steel to make the "L" corners.

Consult with Mr. Ralph Bailey:
Jammy, Inc.
PO Box 471697
Fort Worth, Texas 76147

Who very kindly (despite his loaded calender) helped me to get some important parts for my suspension project. Later I'll post the results. Remember, he's a busy man.

2. Check the transaxle lube, it was fine. With Amsoil, you can't go wrong. BTW, the dude who checked it said it was still clean, clear, and like if I changed as recently, as yesterday. Stay Tuned.
Tomorrow I'll install the Ultra Racing Home made Kit

DONE!
Change oil and filter, wash underneath since I found a power steering leak. So I pour a bottle of Lucas P/S stop Leak. Change the wipers to Rain-X wipers (second set), Paint the recently installed UR home made kit. Which BTW, is working awesome.
Oh yeah, BTW, I changed the Wipers to Rain-X, all three. 20",18",14" respectively
Are they (Rain-X) any good?

Their are two kinds of blades. The rain blades and the snow and rain blade. I guess they are self explanatory. The snow blades are much more larger. I tried the snow blades (at $22.00 a pop) but it doesn't snow in PR. Thinking they would last long, NOT. With the heat, they kind of got harder. So, this time I went with the rain only blades. I always use Rain-X on my windshield. So far, they work well.
Install ALL McGrad M12 X 1.5 64002 Lug Nuts. For those of you asking why I use WD-40 to install them. Try it, you'll see why. BTW, use it on the nut and on the stud.
I got all my tuneup stuff together so next week I'll take it to the DYNO. Oil, Spark Plugs, Coolant. etc.
put on the new aftermarket wheels and new Michelin latitude tires today. I did A quick wash and I'm ready to go see Grand Funk Railroad tonight!!!!!!!

Nice, just lower it a tad and your awesome. The
