Well it's the same engine and they certainly look like they would.

Looks identical, and where they are the same engine built in the same plant I would not think they would have different mounting holes.

Using the Lexus engine cover in a RAV could fool the unknowing folks into thinking that the RAV has had an engine upgrade!
