I see a lot of recommendations for the OEM hitch because of bottoming out or scraping with aftermarket hitches. It seems like it's usually referencing a bike rack. I would only be towing a utility trailer probably 5x8. I would not be using a bike carrier or cargo carrier just a trailer occasionally. Would I have issues with the ECO hitch with the trailer scenario?
Will the ECO hitch bottom out with trailer?

I have a curt hitch on my Sienna and it sits a good couple inches lower than the Curt on a Rav4. Do I have to be a little careful on steep driveway with bike hitch? yes, but with a trailer I just just a ball on a little taller arm and its not a problem, chains may drag on a driveway but otherwise no issues.
