2020 RAV4 Limited Hybrid (demo I got May 2021) keeps sending notification that passenger rear window is open ever since I got the car. Of course, I've checked it and it is not open. I asked dealer to fix when I brought in for routine service. Using Motorola Z4 phone, which is considered non-compatible by Toyota apparently. Their answer to me was that my phone wasn't compatible and they didn't have any indication that anything wasn't working on THEIR software.
That answer kind of annoyed me. The phone works fine for connection to Android Auto and it sends me door unlock messages, but the window message is a mistake? Don't understand that 'can't fix' answer. What, some gremlin annoys me with window open messages? Grrrr. Anyone else experience 'erroneous' messages? Any thoughts on fixes?
