I have a 4.2 Ravioli with 107k miles on genuine Toyota ceramic pads. Pads still have 50% on them but rotors are shot.

Brake pads do not get replaced based on km. There is a brake wear indicator that makes a noise when it gets too low. The metal indicator rubs on the rotor which means it is time to replace the pads. Some replace the pads well before the wear indicator noise since they want better braking performance. Also how long they last depend on the brake material and your driving habits. According to my research the average life is 50,000 to 115,000 km.

On my sister's 2013 Rave4, I will be changing her brakes both sets plus rotors, this weekend she has 120,000 KM. so she has got her moneys worth out of them.

If you can get to 100,000 km's on your brakes, you did well. Usually this takes conservative driving and doing brake maintenance yearly.
