Pre-collision system + AWD System malfunction

Greetings,

As title said, yesterday snowstorm hit and this morning after starting my 2016 Hybrid these 2 messages popped up.
Would I be able to solve these problems by myself ( reset battery / clean radar, sensor etc. as youtube instructed) or I should bring my car to my dealer? It does not even let me drive atm. Sorry I'm not familiar with mechanical things

Have you tried cleaning the snow f of the sensors? Our 2017 limited loses collision avoidance and active cruise if the windshield camera and front Toyota emblem become covered with snow or slush. It starts working again when cleaned off. Our car is in a garage so the only time we have a problem is on the road driving, I am not sure if setting out in the snow would hurt the sensors, but doubt it.

I have had that show up before. It was while driving slow in heavy traffic in a heavy snow storm. I just ignored it and it went away on its own when the snow let up. You should still be able to drive the car.

I also got the pre-collison system warning when slush is covering the front sensors. Easy to fix, pull over, clean them, all good. However, I never received any AWD system malfunction and these should not be related to front sensors covered by snow.

Please keep us updated once you find more about this AWD malfunction message.
