I too have had no luck with any of the posted service manuals. Copy and paste or typed in, always case sensitive. nothing. The access is also locked now. Any other suggestions?

I believe the problem is that they are PDFs that are hundreds of megabytes in size, so finding a personal host that will tolerate that much traffic isn't always easy, and very unfortunately I don't believe R4W lets us upload that much either.

Just remove the www(dot) from the beginning. This Russian site also has manuals for several other RAV versions if anyone is interested (and other makes/models as well).
