I am making the post I needed since it didn’t exist when I started replacing my booster. I had a hard time removing the booster so here are a few tips. You need to remove the air filter box completely, then i was able to detach the master cylinder from the break booster, but pro tip:next remove the 3 bolts on the bottom of the ABS box (a cradle holding the ABS Box) , then the master cylinder can GENTLY slide out of the way, with the ABS box, downwards. 2 you can reach from the hood access, but the third you gotta go down under. There is a little plastic thing near the driver’s side wiper blade that also pops out for access. Inside the car: Once you disconnect the break via a pin and clip, and remove the 4 nuts from where the booster attaches to the break pedal, you can rip that baby out, slap in the new one.
Make sure to check for leaks and watch other break booster videos for pro tips.
