Check out the Nitto Nomad Grappler. A new CUV tire Nitto introduced this year. I have it on my XSE hybrid and have used it on many FS roads and some light off-roading. No noticable noise difference on road and traction has been good off-road. Hard to judge mpg impact as I went with a wider, bigger tire and had lift installed at the same time.

Now that is something I never thought I'd see. I didn't know you could even lift a RAV4! Never mind make it look that good.
Is that the Calvary blue? If so, you have the only one that looks good on the SXE. I normally don't like the Calvary blue with the black XSE features.
I actually despise black wheels in general -I would like to replace mine when it comes in. I think they are the same wheel as the Limited? but with Limited having chrome. That's a wheel I'd look for.

There are a handful of options for lifting the Rav4. Definitely not for any serious off-roading but certainly helps provide additional clearance. With the lift, it's about the same height as our stock 2001 4Runner which was the goal.

That is the Cavalry Blue color and is an XSE. I'm not a fan of chrome, so definitely personal choice there. I will certainly be changing the wheels but could not justify doing that on a brand new vehicle - unlike the tires - so I'll be waiting until these tires need replacement.
