Looking to buy a set of new wheels for our 2016 Rav4 LE. The specs say it comes with 7" wide & +45mm offset rims stock. We're looking to buy a pair of used wheels off of a 2019 (5th gen) Rav4, looks like Toyota switched to +35mm offset wheels for new models? (also 7" wide)

From what I understand the 35mm offset wheels will stick out +10mm more vs our current wheels. Has anyone installed a similar offset wheel? Do they work with no rub issues?

The stock steel 17” wheels for the 4.3 (silver 5-spoke, used on a lot of 4.4 for snow tires) are +39, and sit well in the fenders. An additional 5mm won’t make a bit of difference and may even help the stance of your RAV. Feel like posting a photo of them when you get them on? [emoji846]
