Alternator Fuse Replacement

Ok, just got done replacing the water pump on my wife's 08' and it wont start. Found the 120 Amp Alt Fuse blown, (that'll teach me to disconnect the battery next time).
Anyone know how to replace this fuse and or why the hell they made it so hard to get out?????
