Recently bought RAV4 Hybrid XLE Premium. Have not been able to connect Samsung GalaxyS20 FE (Android session 13) to RAV4 even with USB cable. The Android web site does not list Toyota RAV4 being compatible with Android Auto. How can I get Google Maps or WAZE on the RAV4 screen?

what year is yours? i have a 2023 and it has wireless android auto.
my rav4 def works with android auto.

Yes, check the cable. Similar setup- 2022 XLE, Samsung A14. When I first connected, nothing. Tried another cable and it worked. Many cables are for charging only, not data transmission.

I've got a 2019 XLE. Any way I can get Android Auto without the adapter?

Get an iPhone or a new head unit. 2019 does not support AA.

You might rethink that. You can replace the RAV4 radio with a Corolla radio for about $300. The '21 and up Corolla radios have wired Android Auto and CarPlay: (43) Cheap Audio Plus 8" Display Upgrade with Corolla Radio | Toyota RAV4 Forums
