Changing the bulbs is a tough job.
1 open back gate.
2 remove black plastic cover off the back gate
3 remove old bulb
4 install new bulb
5 replace plastic cover
6 repeat for other light.
Really, it should take less than ten minutes.

We are talking about Back-up Lamps, I have included the page from the manual...

 

He has a point, the auxito 912 on amazon says doesnt fit 2023 rav4 prime......... Dont see why it shouldnt but if one isnt sure!!

Just to follow up my previous post - I did buy and install the Auxito bulbs. They fit fine and the install was as easy as described by old timer and crisps above, 10 minutes tops. Thanks for the suggestions!

By the way, the front also shows the OEM fog light color in comparison to the LED headlights.

 

I have Lasfit 921 LEDs from Amazon and they work great. It shows as two large overlapping blocks projected on the ground in the stock housing. Also much more eye catching to people behind me so they know I am backing out.
