Bluetooth Phone Sound Intermittently Through Right Speaker Only

My 2019 Limited with Entune 3.0 (fully loaded) has the annoying habit of sending the audio during a phone call only through the right speaker for about 5 seconds out of every 5 minutes or so. The rest of the time it's normal and if the person isn't talking for those 5 seconds I wouldn't know it's happening. I haven't troubleshot too much since it would take waiting in increments of 5 min (or so) each time but I don't recall ever holding a long conversation/teleconference without noticing it. What's strange is that I can listen to broadcast radio and I can stream music and podcasts from multiple apps for hours on end without issue so it's not a broad issue with bluetooth or the head unit itself.

I'm using a Google Pixel 4 which I've used for phone call through other bluetooth devices (headphones, other cars) many times without this issue. It only seems to happen in my Rav4. My next (and only) troubleshooting step will be to hold a long conversation on my wife's iPhone to see if it still occurs.

Anyone experience this? Any thoughts on how to resolve or even how else to troubleshoot before raising it to Toyota?

My 2019 Limited Hybrid paired to my Samsung Galaxy S8 phone has done this since day 1, though thankfully not as often as every 5 minutes. But when I was driving regularly, it happened a few times per week.

I haven't tried to resolve it, assuming it was some quirk of the interaction of the phone and the car's audio system. You're the only person I've seen describe this!
