CAMSHAFT TIMING MARKS 3S ENGINE

Hello Team,
Please anyone to help me with knowledge on the camshaft timing marks for Rav4 3s engine. If possible just forward me the video on how to do it, have been trying to reset the valves and now it seems the timing is quite poor when cranking the engine l could heard the loud bang from the exhaust.
Pls help!!
