90915-YZZN1 is the new one for RAV4. . F2 is the old part number.

I called the dealer parts department closest to my house, they said the N1 is $10 if you buy 1, if you buy 3 of them it is $15, came out to about $16 with tax.
No reason to not use the OEM if they are the same price as aftermarkets, seeing I do about 2-3 oil changes a year.

N1 made in Thailand, the original filter my JT build came with was made in Japan with the 10009 part number.
Other than that, they look the same. Box picture of new and original below

Thanks I did see that! I’m unsure of where to get my parts because my dealer is over an hour away and shipping costs.

That’s what I was thinking. The part # for the oil filters was strange because all 3 come up. N1 sounds like the newest OEM.

 

Fakes are being perfected

 

Just an FYI, here is a video where the guy cut open a Toyota filter and it appears he does this to a lot of other filter makes. I found it to be an interesting watch:

 

Amazon sells a FIVE pack of factory Toyota Rav4 filters for $30 with free shipping. Even though the pic shows the older filter, they ship the newest one 90915-YZZN1. These are shipped from a Lexus dealer in Arizona, so you know your getting the real deal.

 

Bell Lexus/Toyota. The only decent parts department in the Phoenix area.

 

I just went to the local deal and bought 3 for about $16 and they threw in the drain plug washers for free. These are something I would not buy off of ebay
