completed this TSB in june its Aug, and its good still.
thought it would take 1-2 weeks, took at least a month working on weekends and every other day.
took me a long time to get the wire bundle off the top of the engine, the last 2 connections to undo took a long time to get to.
taking out the chain tensioner was tricky, putting it back in was almost impossible, i almost lost the screws and gasket in the engine, but somehow found them with my fingers, i ended up taking metal lockwire and tying the tensioner to the gasket and out to the top of the engine so i didnt fall and get lost.
I got lost doing research on the TSB, it stated to move the camshaft 10 deg and unlock the gear. What i didnt know was that the gear had a keyway that only should fit one way.
another big problem i had was trying to put the gear on the way the TSB said, it said torque the gear on and put the chain over, i tried for 1 hour, then took the gear off and put in on the chain then torqued the gear on, worked in 15 min.
my timing chain had lost the pain marks due to overheating at some point in the past, maybe i let the oil level get too low at some point.
put it all together then after sitting for too long the brakes were rusted and the o2 sensors showed a check engine light, so i had to replace those.
took me a long time, the 2 sensors were at the exaust manifold (was a straight forward job) the second was at the bottom of the car, took hours to get off. wasnt coming off, tried penetrant for hours, and a heat gun, finally i was going to buy a torch, but used a old butane lighter i found, it ended up working.

after that the car is now mostly good,
