The plastic gear can get stripped. There is another thread on the forum about th issues. Suggest you look it up.

You can buy new plastic gears from a number of places. Or there is at least one place where you can buy a brass gear.

the problem of mine is different, all the controls are not moving, it seems there is a common problem which cause all of this. it is not the seat computer because I replaced it

 

Is this power seat with or without memory.

It's interesting you said you changed the seat computer....
can you tell me the part number?

I added power memory seats to my rav4. I found out that the main body ECU is what controls the memory seats.
by computer do you mean just the seat controls itself? As in the thing you're pressing to move the seats.

you should trace the lines first, or buy it from a place that you can return the item without issue.
