Headlights/Front bumper from 2003 and 2004 interchangeable?

Hey all, it seems like there are some differences from the 01-03 and the 04-05 models. But are the parts interchangeable? There's basically two reasons why I would like to know... A buddy of mine wants to get the 04/05 bumper with the circular fog light housing for his 03.

And I am interested in getting those JDM twin circle headlights (http://store1.yimg.com/I/lexusparts_1822_7844536) for my Dad's 05. Will they fit? Thus far, I've only seen 01-03 RAV4s with those lights, haven't seen 'em on any 04 or 05 models.

Any help would be most appreciated! Thanks!

major difference, you would need to change the bumper filler, bumper itself, the grille and grille support.

Hey ultima16888, thanks for the reply! But wow, so the bumper is definitely a no go... What about the lights? I imagine they wouldn't be interchangeable either then, right?
