Start by selecting "Menu". Then, choose "Set Up" and, then "Navigation". Then, choose "Favorites", and you will have the option to add, delete, or edit saved destinations.
Alternatively, you can open "Set-Up", and choose "General". Then, scroll down to "Delete Personal Data". If you choose to delete personal data, it will delete all saved destinations, but it will also delete your phone Bluetooth pairing, radio pre-sets, and home screen set up.
