I have a Samsung S9 plus registered to my 2023 Limited hybrid. Once I had registered the multimedia system with Connected Services, I went online using my laptop to link my RAV4 to my account Toyota account. The RAV4 was showing online, I just had to link it to the account. Maybe I don't understand your issue but did you try creating an account online?

Yes, the part of registering the car to the Toyota account that the dealers have created for new buyers, that part was no problem. Connecting phone to the multimedia system to be able to run apps THROUGH the phone and to be able to use Android Auto navigation, that part was no problem either.

It's REGISTERING the multimedia system (Toyota Touch 2 with Go) to Toyota Online I'm having issues with. Once that is done many other features are available through MyT and apps available to download to the multimedia system

Do you have the "Online" menu choice under the Setup menu?

It looks like your system in Europe is different then the one we have here in the states. My system is evidently different, sorry for that. Hopefully someone in your part of the world can help out. Hejda

 

I would double check if your car came with the Touch 2 + Go system or just the regular Touch 2.

 

According to everyone, even the multimedia technician, at Toyota who have all been in my car it's supposed to work and it works with their phone they tested with. It's not a Samsung S21 they used.

 

Same issue here, also with S21. Have you found the reason/fix for this?
