Is this fixed for the 2021 prime? I do not have the rack, just rails.
I don't think anyone has a definitive answer on this sadly. Some Rav4s have it and some don't, country of origin seems to make no difference.

Some claim newer build Rav4s have different parts but I don't think there's been enough data to prove if it truly fixes the issue. Looks like the new Corolla Cross could potentially suffer from the same issue as they use the same style parts under the rails.

Best of luck in hoping you are one of the lucky ones that don't have the issue down the line!

This is fine. The leaking spots are front and rear, not the bolted sections. Those are well sealed.
I have power washed the roof rails, moon roof entire roof every week for the last 14 months and there are no leaks to date.

Send me a picture where the water is entering and I will power wash that spot with my 3,400 psi washer.

Its an inherent design flaw. If you watch the video above you'll see the paper thin gaskets are all thats standing between your airbags and headliner and a catastrophic leak. They put a lot of holes in the roof and water will always find the lowest point

The gaskets were changed for 2021 to a thicker design.
I'm in the market for a 2022 model, so I sure hope you're right and Toyota fixed this issue. It's one of the biggest flaws with the vehicle that I read about.

That's great. Please post a source for this.

Interesting, my wife's 2021 XLE gas from Canada doesn't have the orange seals.

Yep. I have a 2019 and a 2021. Neither has the new orange gaskets. I asked my dealer, Suburban Toyota farmington hills Michigan but they didn't have a part number.

I will replace on my own if I can ever order them
Here is the part number. Also there are several threads in the "general" or "exterior" sections showing and installing the new clips with the orange washers.

I'm confused.
1.) You show blue and orange clips. Are they both used in the middle of the rail? Or is the orange clip the new one and the blue the old one?
2.) You show two white clips. Is 63451-0R010 the new clip? It says that clip is only for Canadian cars. Is that correct?
TIA
