Minor issues with the new 2019 Toyota RAV 4. 2.0 6. MT 2x4.
When I start the car and put it in 1st gear, it works normally, then I push the clutch to the bottom and shift to 2nd gear. At the end of the transmission, a metallic sound will be heard, which means it will not sync properly. This happens only in the morning when the weather is cold and after prolonged non-use, and after that the car operates normally.

Shot in the dark...maybe a bad bearing such as pilot or release bearing?

Since it's relatively new, take it in for service. Be patient waiting for replies, there haven't been any manual transmissions on Rav4s since at least before MY2006 in North America where this forum is based. There are Euro based Rav4 forums where you'd get more owner coverage, but we do have members from other countries that may be able to help.
