People who got 1 fob with physical key inserted and 1 physical key when they purchased the vehicle can now go get the 2nd fob. Make an appointment.

Yes that is correct. The second fob will be provided without that metal key since it was provided when the car was delivered.

Look in the glove box. That is where they put left over things like the roof rail caps and chassis plugs.

 

Yes, that’s the metal key (That you should have got when you took delivery) that will insert into the second key fob when you get it. The second key fob will not come with a metal key.
