No Oil Pressure Warning Light?? Really??

2023 RAV4 XLE and I have read the owners manual twice so I'm pretty well versed on the car. But for the life of me I can NOT find the oil pressure light on the instrument panel. In the book it talks about the little "Oil Can" display but in lighting up all the lights without the engine running or before a start there is no Oil Pressure "oil can" or light. I had the car back to the dealer last week for other questions and I asked the service writer about this and he said follow me and he marched me right back to the car to show me the light. Well he did all the tricks that I already did and he had to admit there was no oil pressure warning light. Then he toggles through the instrument display and shows me the "Message Center" that says "No Messages" and proceeds to tell me that if there was an issue I would get a big flashing message to tell me in long form to pull off the road as soon as practical. Then the "oil can"
would be displayed in red so I couldn't miss it. Anyone else here miss the fact that they don't have an oil pressure warning light? Oh trust me it's NOT a hybrid or electric car.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks Tazio for taking your time to answer my question AND include screen shots. Okay, I hope this is one of the things us owners always hope to NEVER see so why show us a light like that. My latest car before this one was a 1990 Tercel and that is old school stuff. These new cars are just magic I guess. While I don't doubt the information you're supplying here I think they should show me exactly what the oil can AND message looks like. But as the dealer said to me it's pretty obvious but what a shame to have to figure out the message when it comes on in traffic.

Thanks again.

So it makes no sense to have a low oil pressure warning light on the hybrids since the ICE is not always running? Or perhaps the light is disabled when the ICE is not running? Ditto for the start/stop cars?
Fabulous point here!! There is a youtube video explaining all the work and hurdles that Toyota had to get over to get the "start/stop" nonsense working. Certainly can't have a pesky oil light going on and off everytime that engine shuts down. FKHeath you figured out this light situation. Now I just need to master the habit of disabling the start stop when I start the car. I need to push the disable button everytime too.
