I bought Techstream and a cable off Amazon that was suggested by someone on this forum. But All I can seem to get is some basic info like with a $20 walmart code scanner. I try and go into "configuration" and it won't let me in. I was hoping I could change some things about the way the car works like disabling the sound when the power door locks are used. Can someone point me to a resource on using Techstream. And are there any advantages to going to a higher version than 12 for my 2007 RAV4?

Techstream (Ver 12.20.024) - 10581
Vehicle Configuration (S323-01)
Please input Vehicle Configuration code.
Vehicle Configuration function is disabled if inputting a wrong code 10 times in a row.
Line inspection/Cable check result:
1,2,3,6,7 are green
4,5 are red
Communication Bus Check
Only result showing is "Certification (Smart) is in red which means "No longer communicating on the CAN BUS.
