I have a 2021 Rav4 XLE who has been involved in a front end collision. Had the intake manifold cracked from the accident I have replaced the manifold. However I am now receiving fault code
P010064
Mass or Volume Air Flow Sensor "A" Signal Plausibility Failure

I don't see any air leaks and I believe I had put everything back the way it was before. This code comes after about 10 to 15 minutes of driving after clearing code. Anyone can point me in the right direction as to what could be the root of this problem. I will attach some pictures of the dash messages and engine bay that may help.

I would clean your old MAF sensor or better yet replace it. It may have been damaged in the collision. Here's some helpful info on that DTC.

HEY!! I just noticed there is some sort of DAMAGE to the wiring harness connecting to your MAF sensor in your photos! That could be your problem right there. Here's some enlargements.

MID the Auto Start/Stop icon error
there is a malfunction in SS
Yes but the MID warnings are just generic and have NOTHING to do with OP's DTC which obviously was a problem with the MAF sensor...not the auto start/stop. Also since OP's RAV was in the shop a long time for collision damage repair, his battery was probably discharged and low volts and that caused this auto S/S MID warnings. Since it was in an accident and the photos showed the MAF wiring had loose electrical tape AND the intake manifold had been cracked and replaced I think the MAF wiring or connector were also damaged and caused the DTC. Please notice the OP has NOT been back to the forum since I gave this advice--he probably fixed the MAF wiring.

Quite often with gas model 5th gen RAVs, when there are MULTIPLE MID warnings about all manner of different malfunctions, that is a diagnostic tip off that your 12V battery is at a low voltage and failing. Either it is old, or you did not keep the cells (on an EFB) topped up with distilled water and the lead plates are sulfated. Get your battery load tested and replace it if necessary. Get your RAV scanned for DTCs so you will know if there are any other problems. If you have OPs MAF sensor issue you may need a new MAF. Check your wire harnesses for damage after that collision you suffered.

Friend, I have the same problem as you in my 2019 RAV4, I also had a frontal accident and after repairing everything I get exactly the same warnings on the screen as you, same code when they put the computer on, in my case I bought the original MAF sensor in the Toyota but it continues to give the same collision and brake errors, something strange because when I run the scanner I only get the code P010064 which is about the MAF sensor and no code about pre-collision or brake, were you able to find out where the problem is?
