After spending some time in neutral, my 2021 rav4 LE suddenly started flashing this warning message: Parking Brake Unavailable. Has anyone experienced this before?

I get this "Parking brake temporarily unavailable" message and at first had no idea, for what it is. After finding this topic, I understood, that problem is with discharged 12V battery.
In short - read your thosands page manual before driving. All time I thinked, that switching IGNITION ON, but not starting hybrid system to READY, starts charging 12V battery. But manual clearly says that, to prevent 12-volt battery discharge:
I was in this IGNITION ON phase, when colleague showed up and started hour-long discussion. After returning to car and trying to start it, I get that message. Service doesn't answered at first call. I found this topic, understood about discharged 12V battery, measured it 8V. Obviously it was enough to turn on some systems, but not enough to start hybrid system to READY. I had another coleague near with car and battery cables and managed to jumpstart the system.

- Do not leave the power switch in ACC or ON for long periods of time without the hybrid system on.
- If “ACCESSORY” or “IGNITION ON” is displayed on the multi-information display, the power switch is not in OFF. Exit the vehicle after turning the power switch to OFF.
