I have studied the manual without finding an answer to this: is there a way to pause the Guidance system for a quick detour off the freeway for a lunch spot without programming a different route?
I hate being nagged while I pop off the freeway to navigate across a few side streets.

Have you read the nav manual? See page 160 for voice commands, "cancel route” cancels the
route guidance. You really should pay attention to where you're posting, this is the 3rd gen forum, you have a 5th gen, 2019 Adventure, right?
