Ok! That is a really well put together setup. Loving it. More pics please
Any particular type of pics you would like? Lots of Cusco, Hardrace parts installed along with the RS-R coilovers to reduce the giant wheel gap it started with.

Original Wheels and Fenders:
Image

New wheels, old fenders: (Wheel gap here is misleading as it just came down from being lifted, but had not been moved so the wheel gap looks larger than it really was)
Image

New suspension bits: (Cusco and Hardrace originally came in blue, so they were powder coated red)

Some vinyl (Taco Vinyl) on the front grill for the TRD colors.

Thanks! Serious.you thought this out. Just great. Did the flares come painted?

Please delete if not the right thread for this- pics are not of my wheels/rims but rather my studded winter tires just in case somebody is looking for suggestions.

Nokian Hakkapeliita 9

One of the better winter tire money can buy. I am in New England, I have to be in my car by 6 AM or earlier for work most days and the confidence they give me is amazing.

Not cheap though.

Hey all,
Absolutely love this thread. I'm taking delivery of my '23 RAV4 Hybrid XSE in two days and couldn't be more excited!

I love the looks of the Method wheels, LP wheels for that overland/offroad look, probably with Falken Wildpeak Trails. In this genre of wheel/tire setup, what do you guys recommend for availability, looks and MPG (minimal loss)...also without rubbing without a lift. Thanks in advance!!!

Advice on rubbing issue please. 2021 RAV4 Prime. Just put on new wheels: Gram Lights w/ 235/65/17 Toyo Open Country. I've read in this thread that some of you with 245/65/17 are not having rubbing issues. I've taken pics at fully turned position and do not see any contact between the tire and anything in the wheel well. I assume that this is because when the car is in motion vs. stopped it's a different angle.

What parts are rubbing, and what may be a possible fix?

Late reply I know.
You never mentioned wheel offset. You are probably at stock +45. Looks like you are rubbing on the inner arm. Need 10mm spacers to get the tire away from the suspension bits

16x6.5 wheels, +10 offset (F), +4 Offset (R).

215/85R16 tires. Pictured are Goodyear Duratracs, but they howled like a train so I swapped in some Atturo Trail Blade (Generic all-terrains).

Itis lifted 2" Front and 2" Rear.

KMC708 17x8 +38 Offset
Falken AT3W 245/65/17

Drove the car straight to the tire shop after picking it up from the dealership. So far no rubbing.
so far love all styles, i think Im going for 17x8.5 on some Falken AT...But other options are so tempting, the variety makes it such an exciting one, I would also like to get a nice parking monitoring cam, any suggestions? -Luis

How do you like those RSR coilovers? I wanted to buy those to firm up the suspension and leave it stock height. I want to get rid of the floaty feel. Great set up by the way.

So far I like them. Still testing different firmness settings. 36 points of adjustment seems excessive. I started out in the middle at 18 and now I am at 24 from hard, so more soft, but still stiffer than stock. The Prime is ~500 lbs heavier than the Hybrid and mine has another 300+ lbs of sound dampening, subs, etc..., so even heavier.

One thing I really liked was being able to corner balance with the coilovers. Here are numbers with the car empty and then with me in the drivers seat, very little change. They do re-use the rear upper mount, so I ordered a replacement set from Toyota and had them powder coated red. Here is the PDF for installation if you have not seen it.

That sounds great I can adjust the firmness and height!!! You are the man thanks for the info.

Yes, they come in magnetic metallic gray, white pearl and unpainted. Another user, with white pearl, had them installed first and after seeing their photos, I ordered them.
Do you have a P/N for the over fenders? That is REALLY nice. Our XLE Prem has the bare, textured plastic and I hate it. Your Rav is easily the best that I've seen.
