I know this is a really old post but I just got my rav4 same modle and color as yours. Love love love the look you have. I was wondering if the fitment of 16s was an issue and have you felt any difference in ride comfort now having bigger tyres. Also has the heavier unsprung weight caused any degradation in ride and mpg. Thx in advance and agin love the set up.

From what I’ve seen on forums, 245/70/16 should work. There’s a wheel shop I spoke with that does a bunch of these for dealerships, they said a 2” lift isn’t needed until you go to 17’s.
I went with this setup due to driving 30k+ miles/yr. Still gives it the “look” I’m going for without sacrificing ride quality or (much) MPG’s. So far only took a 1.5-2 MPG hit.
Going to 17" changes nothing.
245/70R16 and 245/65R17 has the same overall size.

Would 2018 Rav4 SE Rims fit on my 2021 Rav4 LE

Found a set on Ebay for a decent price.

I'm assuming I'd have to get center caps, TPMS sensors, lugs, and tires of course.
Your centre caps and lug nuts should work. Aside from that, yes they will fit.

Hi, i'm new in this forum. I like to ask, will it make any problems, if i put to my XA50 RAV4 wheels 7.5Jx18 ET35 instead of standard 7Jx18 ET35. I think, i will use also standard tyres 225/60 R18. It will make wheel 6.4 mm wider from both sides, will it make wheel so much wider to rub somewhere, or not?

No. Not even remotely close to rub or poking out. You can use a 245/60R18 with that setup.

Okay. Wheels and tires arrived and mounted.

Enkei TS-V in Storm Grey - 18x8 ET35

Continental ExtremeContact DWS 06 Plus SL - 245/55ZR-18

No rubbing whatsoever. TireRack did install hub centers, mounted and balanced, and delivered with new lug nuts, and installed TPMS; so everything went on easily and without a hitch. Plug and play.

The point here was to have better driving dynamics, ride quality, road noise, reduce unsprung mass (efficiency and handling +). These will be my daily driver wheels, which is what this car is for. If I do decide to do some deep snow / dirt work, I'll get another set of smaller wheels with tires meant for that type of work.

Can't comment yet on driving dynamics and ride quality, but I love the look. I did not weigh the new wheel/tire combo against the old ones, but I did pick them up, and just wow. The old 19"s on stock tires were seriously heavy, the new setup was featherweight in comparison.

Will edit this post once I get some good road time on them on roads I'm familiar with.

Your set up helped inspired mine. I have a woodland, White with the black roof. I stuck with bronze and went with continental 255/55ZR18's Shockingly they don't rub. Tire rack said they would fit and they did. Thanks for posting your ride.

265/70r16 Toyo AT3
Vision 351 16x8- 0 offset
Northwoods lift 1.25 front, stage 2 rear

Took some trimming and hammering, but honestly not much. Between here, Reddit, and Youtube, there's plenty of how to resources. Took me an afternoon. Worth it. Zero rubbing, including full lock on bumpy turns and all.

I like the AT3's. Not too loud and they ride smooth. Handled well in the rain today.

Vision wheels are trash. I went cheap purposefully as I didnt know if this would pan out. It did and I will be upgrading. The 16x8 +0 is great for running big tires. You dont have to worry about rubbing on the inside.

Paid to have the kit installed. Very simple kit but I didn't feel like messing with the rear. I went with the 1.25" after doing the research and talking to Nathan at Northwoods. I can happily report I have zero vibration at any speed.

What's good guys, this is my first time entering the Yota community I've been a strict BMW/Lexus enthusiast for the longest but now things have changed.

Let's arrange our set ups by the following-

Brand: Vossen
Model: VSF2
Size: 22x9
Offset: 38
Comfort: 7/10

I have the XLE Premium, I do miss the ride of my 19s more but the look of these 22s makes up for it. I thought it was going to look horrible, I took a gamble buying em. But after I installed, I'm in love. Anyone who's hesitant to put 22s on their 2019 Rav4... dont be lol View attachment 145748
What's is the tire size?
