I've always liked the look of Method wheels- I ordered a set of the 18"x 8.5" Rally 502's in Titanium color. I did have to modify the center caps though- The axles stuck out further than the caps would allow. My fix was 2" PVC cut in a 10mm width and got longer M5 allen bolts, all from the hardware store- Worked like a charm!

The snow tires are Michelin X-Ice 245/45/18, they were take-offs from a Audi All-Road I picked up for $250!

My dislike is the huge wheel well gap...oh well, they are for the snow-

These rims make your rav look more like a car than a truck.

Nice! Any rubbing? How heavy are they?

Are you going to do anything with the suspension?
No rubbing, bought it from a guy who had it on his Highlander, same hub diameter as stock. Don't plan on doing any suspension mods besides larger rear sway bar to reduce understeer. It is pretty heavy but didn't buy the RAV4 for performance. ;) The wider stance and tires helped with putting power down better around corners.

UR rear bar?

I recently got my 2011 RAV stuck in the mud on my place. After getting a local farmer to bring a big FWD tractor to pull me out (tow boys only work within 100’ of pavement), I discovered that the factory steel wheels trap between the inner and outer dish, causing out of balance problems at freeway speed. I researched and found some cheap alloy wheels that are a replica of the Toyota six spoke wheels. At the same time I installed the wheels I put new BFG 225X65R17 TA KO2’s on the car. I really liked the KO2s on my 2000 RAV and wanted something better then what came with the car when I bought it. The wheels came with a year warranty, so I plan to spend lots of time in the snow and backcountry o test them over the next year. I’m going to see if I can sell the Steele’s on Craigslist to recover some of my upgrade cost.
