I have an '07 Sport and my driver's door doesn't unlock with the other power door locks. If I use the remote or push the button on the driver's door all the other doors will lock and unlock but the driver's door has to be locked and unlocked by using the key or rotating the lever by the door handle.
I've done some searching and it seems to be a common problem on the 4.2s but I haven't seen any 4.3s with this problem. At least with the 4.2s it seems that the power door lock actuator goes out. I found this thread that shows how to replace it:

I put a digital multimeter across the actuator motor and it received a pulse of power but didn't move when I hit the switch so it seemed that it must be the actuator. The car is only 3-4 years old with 50k miles on it so I'm surprised that the door lock wouldn't work already.
