Rav4 2.2 D4D high RPM in neutral (1.2K)

Hello

I have a Toyota Rav4 2.2 D4D 2007. My car is stay 1.2K in neutral.In mornig car staring normal and RPM its ok 700 800 wen i keep moving for 20-30 minutes RPM is going up to 1.2K. I try to clean DPF EGR MAF and nothing is resolved. Can you give me an idea of what it might have?

Vacuum leak most likely. Could be the idle speed control system.

Do you own a cheap OBD2 reader that can show us fuel trims? We may get some direction then.

If not, as above at a guess idle control valve sticking when hot, maybe a coolant temp sensor, but we would really need to review data to be sure
