I have a question for you. Can I convert my 2018 Toyota RAV 4 to LPG if possible and what is the cost involved?

Yes you can. All ICE's can be converted to use LPG (actually possibility to use LPG is added, gasoline part remains in tack). On some engines small gasoline consumption will remain even if working on LPG (for injectors cooling purposes).
Not sure about your local prizes, but in EST (EU) installation (LPG) costs ~1500€ (4th generation LPG unit, for MPI engines) ... ~2500€ (5th generation LPG unit, for FSi, TFSI... engines (direct injection)).
These prizes are for 4 cylinder engine.
